Vision
Our vision is to continually bring Christ in a biblically true and spirit-filled way; by presenting the Gospel of Jesus Christ through all mediums and outlets of expression. Embodying redeemed elements of various cultures for the Glory of God and His kingdom that will help further his presence being seen in all the earth and the reaching of those who are lost so that they may receive eternal life.

Purpose
Outré is established as the student ministry of The Center for Manifestation
to disciple the Movers & Shakers of this generation for the apostolic
movements that will prepare this earth for the second coming of Jesus Christ.
OUTRÉ has many elements of ministry that exist to cater to various
ages and their developmental needs; Below is a list of ministries that you

Pastor Emjay (Mark Jones-Jr.) is the ministry leader of
Outre Student Fellowship. Pastor Emjay longs to see a generation that denies
the patterns of this world and religion freeing them to understand the simplicity
of a life changing relationship with Jesus Christ
